About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Curriculum Developer who bridges instructional design, knowledge management, and technical expertise to create impactful learning experiences for our global service and customer audience. You will design, develop, and continuously improve digital and blended learning solutions that empower service engineers, application specialists, business partners, and customers to use and maintain our technologies safely and effectively. This role sits at the intersection of learning design, knowledge flow, and change enablement — ensuring that the right people have the right knowledge at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development
- Design and developer modern, digital and blended learning assets using up-to-date instructional design methods.
- Transform technical knowledge into engaging, accessible content to enable consumers for self-sufficient learning and troubleshooting.
- Obtain the necessary information to develop content through research, interviews with subject matter experts, hands-on exercises, etc.
- Follow established style guides and templates to ensure that content can be easily consumed by international audiences.
Knowledge Management & Enablement
- Organize content for scalability and seamless reuse across digital platforms.
- Leverage analytics to optimize relevance and learner engagement.
- Apply digital-first strategies for continuous content improvement.
Adoption & Communication
- Promote training adoption with targeted digital campaigns and enablement sessions.
- Align content strategies with field needs via cross-functional partnership.
- Champion a culture of digital knowledge sharing and ongoing improvement.
Project Management
- Lead content development projects from scoping to global deployment and evaluation.
- Maintain clear timelines, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design (preferably in a regulated or MedTech environment).
- Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging knowledge-based materials.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise and others) and LMS platforms. Comfort with visual, multimedia and typical development tools.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to enable adoption and engagement (workshops, showcases).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Solid project management skills, balancing multiple global initiatives with attention to quality and compliance.
- Experience with knowledge management systems and content management systems, content reuse, or structured authoring (e.g., DITA, XML, Confluence, SharePoint, SCORM, etc.).
- Experience working with service and field engineers in the medical technology or life sciences industry.

The base pay range for this position is:Min $89,220 - Max $133,820
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
