Job Responsibilities: 
As the Technical Learning and Development Specialist for Magna New Mobility, you will design, implement, and manage training programs that empower employees and customers to effectively use our products and services. Your role is critical in ensuring that our workforce and clients have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving mobility technology environment. You will collaborate with internal teams to create engaging learning experiences and continuously improve training effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs for employees, customers, and partners on Magna New Mobility products, services, and processes.
  • Content Creation: Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and videos.
  • Onboarding: Lead onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Customer Training: Organize and conduct training sessions for customers to maximize product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify training needs through surveys, performance data, and feedback; adjust programs accordingly.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback; implement improvements.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other tools to deliver and manage training content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.

Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, HR, or related field. Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years in training, learning & development, or instructional design roles required.
  • Prior experience with program/training material development required.
  • Experience in technology or automotive industry is a plus.

Special Knowledge / Skills:
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
  • Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
  • Domestic and international travel less than 10%

Hiring Base Salary Range: $105,780 - $196,440 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). In addition to base salary, some positions are eligible for an annual performance based bonus.
