Qualifications Required: Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
Qualifications Preferred Knowledge of public health, health policy, or health services research Familiarity with data use agreements, IRB protocols, and project management practices Experience documenting technical requirements and synthesizing complex discussions into clear summaries and next steps Experience working on state, public sector, or multi‑agency projects
