| Job Summary/Basic Function | This part-time job’s responsibilities are primarily working on C# and minor SQL/database programming on custom projects inside Financial Services. It’s other minor responsibilities includes some web page maintenance and design for web pages inside Financial Services. The job also will require some customer service, computer desktop support, and a wide variety of technical support for Faculty, Staff, and Students via phone, e-mail, chat, walk-in, support, and desktop visits when the other techs are busy or away. You will be working in a group with other techs with varying degrees of programming and computer administration experience. This job will give you great computer repair and programming experience while giving you close proximity to your classes. Work is scheduled and done around class schedules, but you must be available for, at least, 20 hours during the week (between the hours of 7:30 am -4:00 pm, Mon-Fri). |
