As an Technical Trainer & Content Developer, you will play a meaningful role in designing, developing, and delivering technical training content for customers, partners, and internal teams. This role is centered on building high-quality training programs that enable successful deployment, operation, and adoption of Cohesity solutions in real-world environments.

Your focus will include developing web-based content for self-paced learning, contributing to instructor-led courses, and continuously updating and expanding training materials as product capabilities evolve. You will work closely with product, engineering, support, field, and technical marketing teams to ensure training content is accurate, practical, and aligned with how Cohesity solutions are used in production.

We are looking for hands-on IT professionals who enjoy building and delivering technical training that helps customers, partners, and internal teams become effective with new technology. The ideal candidate has experience working in enterprise IT environments and translating that experience into clear, actionable learning content.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
  • Design, develop, and deliver technical training for customers, partners, and internal teams through instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats.
  • Develop structured training content, including presentations, written materials, and supporting assets that clearly explain technical concepts and workflows.
  • Create and maintain hands-on lab activities that reflect real-world deployments and operational workflows.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and course structure.
  • Keep training materials current with new product introductions, enhancements, and platform updates.
  • Contribute to certification programs by developing and validating assessment questions and learning materials.
  • Collect feedback and usage insights to continuously improve training content and learner readiness for real-world use.

TRAINING DELIVERY
  • Deliver technical training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams in virtual and in-person settings, clearly communicating complex technical concepts to diverse technical audiences.
  • Support course logistics and scheduling to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Assist with onboarding and enablement of other trainers by sharing content, context, and best practices.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 + years of proven experience designing, developing, and delivering technical training content.
  • 8 + years experience in enterprise IT technologies such as storage, backup, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with developing web-based training using tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate.
  • Experience building hands-on labs, demos, or technical exercises.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts through presentations, documentation, and hands-on labs.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet delivery timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :
$105,440.00-$131,800.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
