Technical Training Lead Analyst, Instructional Designer - Evernorth - Remote

You will partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to create innovative training solutions that support Evernorth Care Solutions priorities and improve performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver impactful learning experiences for new hire and ongoing training across Care Solution roles, improving learner readiness and performance.
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and translate business needs into clear, actionable learning objectives.
- Lead end-to-end instructional design using the ADDIE framework to create scalable, high-quality curriculum.
- Develop interactive training solutions using a mix of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning methods to enhance engagement and retention.
- Continuously improve curriculum by analyzing learner feedback, performance data, and training effectiveness metrics.
- Ensure training content remains accurate and aligned with evolving products, systems, and business strategies.
- Incorporate innovative tools and emerging technologies to modernize learning experiences.
- Support training delivery when needed through facilitation or train-the-trainer sessions.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of instructional design experience.
- 2+ years of experience developing healthcare-related training curriculum.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience using eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline or Rise, Captivate).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS).
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- Experience in healthcare operations or care management environments.
- Familiarity with systems such as TruCare, HEV, ICMS, CAMS, or similar platforms.
- Instructional design certification.
- Experience facilitating training sessions.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 71,100 - 118,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
