Advertising/Posting Title  | The Mosaic Intercultural Center Student Success Coordinator
Posting Summary  | The primary goals of this role are to facilitate excellence through assessment, the creation and sustenance of significant programs and activities that advance student success, with emphasis on first year and graduate students. As such, the Coordinator for Student Success works collaboratively with a variety of curricular and co-curricular units to develop and sustain among UVM’s first year students in the Mosaic community, particularly those students who have not joined affinity (student) groups. This entails a broad array of work—from programming (both collaborative and independently imagined and executed), to tailored outreach, to coordinating campus partners drop-ins, to coordinating the Summer Enhancement Scholars Program, to being present in resource fairs, admitted student days, and so on. This position reports to the Director of the Mosaic Intercultural Center (MIC).

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)  | Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team. BA in relevant field and minimum of one to three years of relevant experience (e.g. in higher education). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
