We're hiring a Training and Development Manager who understands that training isn't measured by attendance, completion rates, or how polished a presentation looks.It's measured by what happens after people leave the classroom.
What This Role Really Is
This isn't a role for someone who simply delivers training.It's for someone who can identify performance gaps, build learning solutions, influence leaders, and create programs that drive measurable improvement across an organization.You'll partner with operational teams throughout RISE to understand what's working, what's not, and how learning can help bridge the gap.You'll also help us continue integrating AI and emerging learning technologies into the way we develop people, create content, and scale training across the organization.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Identifying training needs across the organizationConducting needs assessments and determining whether challenges require training, operational changes, or bothDesigning and implementing training programs that support business objectivesCreating customized learning materials, resources, and support toolsMeasuring training effectiveness and recommending improvementsSupporting new property transitions and large-scale training initiativesPartnering with operational leaders to improve performance and consistencyManaging and supporting LMS compliance effortsLeveraging AI tools to accelerate curriculum design, content creation, and training developmentEvaluating emerging learning technologies and recommending innovative solutionsTraveling to communities and regional teams as needed to support training efforts
What We're Looking For
5+ years of training and development experience2+ years of curriculum development experienceMultifamily or property management experience requiredStrong instructional design and facilitation skillsExperience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Excellent communication and business writing abilitiesStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExperience with Entrata is highly preferred
