Company Overview
Join a forward-thinking team to design and deliver training programs on EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) systems and capital project tools. You’ll empower public sector teams with critical knowledge using modern training platforms and adult learning strategies.
- Develop training curriculum for EAM tools (e.g., Hexagon, Maximo).
- Build eLearning content, SOPs, and user manuals.
- Deliver in-person, hybrid, and online workshops.
- Administer LMS platforms and track user certifications.
- Support ongoing workforce development goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years in public sector training, knowledge transfer, or technical instruction.
- Familiarity with asset management systems a strong plus.
Skills:
- SCORM authoring and LMS administration
- Training plan development
- Video tutorials and blended learning
- Technical writing and SOP creation
Certifications (Preferred):
- ATD CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance)
