Job Description Summary
The Training Developer will be responsible and accountable for developing and implementing training and other educational information for continuous learning programs within the Engineering Organization. They will be directly responsible for developing training content, implementing training and obtaining feedback on training, and continual improvement to drive training effectiveness.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop effective training content within our Learning Management Systems (LMS)
 - Provide project leadership by establishing and following effective project practices, meeting schedule expectations and communicating status effectively.
 - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments concurrently.
 - Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical content into clear, leaner-focused training.
 - Develop eLearning and blended training solutions using instructional design best practices.
 - Evaluate training effectiveness, utilizing data and feedback to drive continual improvement.
 - Strong interpersonal skills including stakeholder management, conflict resolution and action management
 
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
 - 5+ years of experience creating and deploying training in an engineering environment.
 
Desired Characteristics:
- Self starter willing to engage ‘optioneering’ to identify training methods, techniques and outcomes.
 - Clear, concise written and oral communications to the appropriate level
 - Restless dissatisfaction with “the way things are done” … focused on continuous improvement
 - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and meet challenging goals
 
The base pay range for this position is $71,600-89,500. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 11/14/2025.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
