This role focuses on enhancing professional growth and supporting organizational development initiatives across all levels of the company.

Position Summary / What You’ll Do
The Training and Development Specialist supports RETTEW’s people strategy by coordinating, facilitating, and evaluating internal learning programs that build leadership capability, strengthen communication, and promote engagement. This position helps design and execute professional development initiatives and ensures training experiences align with RETTEW’s core values and business goals.
Responsibilities / Day-to-Day
- Coordinate and facilitate companywide training sessions focused on leadership, communication, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the Training and Development Manager to design professional development programs and learning materials.
- Manage the logistics and communication of learning events, including scheduling, enrollment, and follow-up activities.
- Track and maintain training records, participation data, and evaluation metrics.
- Partner with Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, and other departments to promote and communicate learning opportunities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support onboarding and orientation efforts to ensure a positive employee experience.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience developing or coordinating professional and leadership development programs.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-learning tools or virtual platforms.
Preferred
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or similar credential.
