The Raytheon Workforce Learning team, as part of Integrated Talent Development, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented training professional.

The Workforce Learning team is responsible for the creation, delivery, and oversight of technical training provided at Raytheon including skills and performance training, safety training, and compliance training.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in adult learning theory, the Articulate suite, video creation and editing, and the Microsoft Office suite. Expertise with SharePoint is desirable.

What you will do:
  • Use software to design and develop engaging and interactive instructor-led training, web-based training, and instructional video.
  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to create meaningful training experiences.
  • Manage effective relationships with customers, peers, and leaders while performing all tasks related to training design, development, deployment, and evaluation.
  • Participate in or lead project teams responsible for the creation, maintenance, or revision of training materials.
  • Follow all internal processes and meet quality gates in all training projects.
  • Work collaboratively with a variety of people and departments who sometimes have conflicting priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications You Must Have:  
  • Typically requires a University degree from an accredited university.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in instructional design and/or training delivery in a gov't/military or corporate environment
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to
    access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Solid understanding of adult learning theory.
  • Well organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, concisely, and accurately.
  • Demonstrated experience using one or more instructional design models including ADDIE, SAM, or LLAMA.

An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
