Description 

The Training and Development Specialist supports the delivery and monitoring of safety, compliance, and operational training programs in Clark Pacific’s Coolidge, AZ manufacturing plant. This role is a member of the Human Resources Department and will participate in cross-functional projects to ensure employees are supported in achieving Clark Pacific’s mission. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information. 
  • Deliver course content for company training programs, workshops, and orientations of all employees. 
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of employee training programs using individual or group performance results. 
  • Suggest and implement adjustments to training methods and content to ensure effectiveness and compatibility with company policies and direction. 
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training session attendees for use in future improvements to content and presentation. 
  • Participate in the development and creation of course content for lesson plans and design training aids. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Experience and Education: 

  • Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing operations, and/or training is preferred. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish is Required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education, training, and related work experience will be considered.
