Title: Training & Instructional Design Analyst
Location: 11625 N Community House Rd Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6 months
Work Engagement: W2
Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Training and Instructional Design professional to support Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes, supplier enablement, and third‑party operational partners—including international stakeholders. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high‑quality training materials for both internal teams and external audiences, ensuring consistency, scalability, and an exceptional learner experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop clear, engaging learning materials, training content, job aids, and tools for organization‑wide distribution.
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance understanding of process standards, system usage, and role‑specific responsibilities.
  • Lead the full instructional design lifecycle—from needs assessment and concept development through content creation, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Introduce innovative, learner‑centric approaches to training design that go beyond traditional “check‑the‑box” learning.
  • Continuously improve the user experience by tailoring content to diverse learner needs and environments.
  • Support training programs related to third‑party partners, suppliers, and vendor‑facing processes.

Qualifications:
