We’re searching for a Washington, DC based Training & Instructional Designer to join our Customer Support- Education team, so that we can provide comprehensive education and training on our products to our customers. The Training & Instructional Designer will create educational material and conduct training with our Department of Defense and Veterans Association customers.  

How You’ll Spend Your Time  
  • Apply best practices to design, develop, and deploy educational content based on business needs to optimize learning  
  • Meet with customers on-site to deliver training on our software solutions 
  • Conduct research and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in order to create effective learning content 
  • Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure effectiveness of the course 
  • Create multi-media elements, including video audio and graphic components to support the implementation of online and project-based learning 
 
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having  
  • Experience in Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Camtasia, and SnagIt 2023 
  • Proven success in creating comprehensive curriculum of learning 
  • In-depth knowledge on learning theories and instructional design models 
  • Ability to travel within US & Canada 25% of the time 
  • Sincere interest in learning new technologies
