Our work depends on Training Lead. joining our team to support our client’s mission.  The Training Lead manages the TENM training program and leads the instructional development team and training implementation team.  They serve as an Instructional Designer who develops tailored ILT and CBT training materials by analyzing OEM content with SMEs, creating learning objectives, and producing structured design documents for NET programs. 

 Training Lead 
  • Leads and manages the training team (development and implementation teams)
  • Works with the other teams during the TNMP to identify training requirements per site/per technology
  • Develops the NET training plan, as well as supervises development of course training materials with instructional designers, graphic designers and OEM SMEs.  
  • Leverages existing OEM training content to customize site training needs.
  • Develops NET Plan of Instruction (POI) for Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced training
  • Develops and assesses either formal or informal initial training required for the operator and provides ongoing training and support to educate individual users, as needed.  
  • Coordinates with the ATEC SO to provide an on-site training location appropriate for technical instruction and supplies necessary to execute NET. 

 WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 
 
  • Required Experience: 5 to 10 years of related experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning
  • Security Clearance Level:  Active Secret Clearance  
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Technical writing, CBT content authoring platforms, LMS platforms, Graphic Design platforms.
  • Location: Remote 
  • Travel: up to 10%-25% travel      
 
Preferred
  • Education - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

 The likely salary range for this position is $72,877 - $98,599. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
