Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Appliance Training Manager to enhance our organization's learning and development initiatives. This role involves training facilitation, designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs. You will empower our internal teams and external partners with the knowledge and skills they need to deliver best-in-class appliance solutions. You’ll provide impactful training sessions across a range of Samsung home appliances, utilizing your expertise to enhance product understanding, drive customer satisfaction, and foster brand loyalty. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining up-to-date resources, such as playbooks, scripts, and collateral.

Deliver high-impact product and sales training for Samsung’s full suite of home appliance products (refrigerators, washers/dryers, cooking appliances, dishwashers, etc.) to retail partners, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
Design, develop, and refine training materials that align with brand standards and product messaging.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date training content.

The salary range for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. However, the salary ranges in the following regions are expected to be as follows:

Colorado: $90,000 - $100,000
New Jersey: $100,000 - $110,000
NYC: $100,000 - $110,000
Washington State: $100,000 - $110,000
California: $100,000 - $110,000
