Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Appliance Training Manager to enhance our organization's learning and development initiatives. This role involves training facilitation, designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs. You will empower our internal teams and external partners with the knowledge and skills they need to deliver best-in-class appliance solutions. You’ll provide impactful training sessions across a range of Samsung home appliances, utilizing your expertise to enhance product understanding, drive customer satisfaction, and foster brand loyalty. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining up-to-date resources, such as playbooks, scripts, and collateral.
  • Deliver high-impact product and sales training for Samsung’s full suite of home appliance products (refrigerators, washers/dryers, cooking appliances, dishwashers, etc.) to retail partners, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and refine training materials that align with brand standards and product messaging.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date training content.
  • Leverage a variety of delivery methods (in-person, virtual, on-demand) to optimize learning engagement.
  • Conduct needs assessments and adapt training strategies to address evolving market and channel requirements.
  • Provide post-training support and gather feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement training strategies that anticipate areas of growth and align with the organization's long-term objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the training budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure training programs meet specific needs and contribute to overall business success.

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of experience in training, product education, or instructional delivery—preferably within the consumer electronics or appliance industry.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training technologies.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in instructional design and various training methodologies.
  • Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
  • Willingness to travel (domestic) up to 80%.
FULLY REMOTE – CAN BE PERFORMED ANYWHERE

The salary range for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.  However, the salary ranges in the following regions are expected to be as follows:
  • Colorado: $90,000 - $100,000
  • New Jersey: $100,000 - $110,000
  • NYC: $100,000 - $110,000
  • Washington State: $100,000 - $110,000
  • California: $100,000 - $110,000
