You’ll support a wide range of learning functions—including training delivery, LMS administration, e‑learning development, communications, and reporting—adapting to the evolving needs of the team. Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Travel: 25–50%, including some travel to customer sites

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Deliver instructor-led training (in-person and virtual) on sales, installation, and service of generators
  • Support coordination and upkeep of the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Assist with creating instructional materials and e-learning modules
  • Contribute to project management, scheduling, and partner communications
  • Help track and analyze training metrics and reporting
  • Share field insights to support continuous improvement in training and product usability

Requirements: 
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Exposure to or experience with LMS platforms (Docebo, Cornerstone, Moodle, etc.)
  • Interest or background in instructional design or e-learning creation
  • Strong communication skills with an aptitude for teaching and collaboration
  • Comfortable delivering virtual training (Zoom, Teams)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Occasional hands-on work in training labs or at partner job sites

 The Salary range for this position is 
$63,100.00-$79,500.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
