Training Specialist
Founded in 1919 as Phototype and recently rebranded as the Olberding Brand Family, we are a family company focused on delivering the highest quality and client service in the graphics design, management and printing industry.   We Design, Optimize and Protect Brands.  Our clients are primarily consumer products companies and printers and we help them by delivering a broad range of services from brand strategy and packaging design, to adaptive design across various print and digital platforms, all the way to color management and the production of printing plates.  With our world headquarters located in Cincinnati, we have over 440 employees throughout the United States and offices in Europe and Asia.

The Training Specialist reports directly to the Director of Quality and Training. The Training Specialist serves as the lead administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS), responsible for assessing available courses, building training content, and training documentation and reporting. Additionally, the Training Specialist partners with external vendors and internal SMEs to ensure exceptional delivery of training content.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:Manage training records, schedules, and other administrative tasksEnsure continuity and quality of existing training programsDesign and develop training content, including e-learning modules, presentations, and edited videosFacilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activitiesAssess the effectiveness of training programs, collect feedback, and make necessary adjustmentsServe as the trusted advisor on quality incident reporting and external client responsesCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts to assess training needs and make recommendations that align training initiatives with organizational goalsPromote a culture of learning and continuous improvement throughout the organizationAssist with quality & trainings projects and initiatives as they ariseQualifications Include: Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organizationKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional designAbility to analyze data and drive data-informed decisions related to quality improvementsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or the equivalent combination of training and experience1-5 years’ experienceCreative Agency and/or Printing Industry knowledge a plus
