Role and Responsibilities

Training Delivery:
- Delivers various training programs (product, technical, systems, sales, behavioral, skills-based) in a virtual environment.
- Utilizes adult learning principles and diverse instructional methods and media.
- Delivers nationally developed curricula consistently.
- Manages the learning environment to ensure desired learning outcomes and knowledge transfer.
- Possesses knowledge of course content and materials.
- Agile Environment: The role may operate within an adaptive, self-managed, cross-functional Agile development team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training delivery preferred.
- Schedule: Flexible availability to accommodate day and evening training sessions.
Technical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods for virtual training delivery.
- Reliable personal internet connection and computer equipment.
Skills:
- Leadership and Interpersonal: Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to effectively lead groups and individuals.
- Problem-Solving: Advanced problem-solving skills.
