Description

Job Purpose:
- The Training Specialist-I at MEDEFY HEALTH INC is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. This role focuses on ensuring that all training initiatives align with the company's goals and objectives, thereby contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of various departments within the company.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training gaps and create solutions to address them.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue arrangements.
- Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Track and report on training program metrics and outcomes to senior management.
- Assist in the development of training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

Required Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training or instructional design role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing training programs in a corporate environment.
- Experience in healthcare or health technology industry is preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
