Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for Training Specialist Systems- Operations! This position will be located in Raritan, NJ.
The Quality Training Department focus is to provide structure and support around the GxP training program to ensure that people have the training, education, and experience to successfully execute their job functions. The department reports through the CAR-T Quality Assurance group in Raritan NJ, part of Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicines.
Position Summary:
Responsible for the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS). Ensure that employees have the proper curriculum assigned per their job function within the LMS. This is done through the creation of learning objects and assignment of the learning objects to curricula. Manages the Training Request Portal and works with document authors to ensure documents are properly assigned to curriculum. Continuously work to improve the Quality Training System to meet the needs of the business and our regulators This position will work directly with our CAR-T Operations group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of the LMS
- Creation, Revision, & Obsoletion of learning object, curriculum, and user groups
- Collaborate with the Operations Technical Training Group to ensure proper assignment of training curricula
- Reporting 2.0 support
- Tier 1 support for issues within the system
- Audit Support – running reports and supporting requests from a system perspective
- Training SharePoint site
- Manage request
- Manage content
- VeevaVault (EDMS) Support
- Work with content authors to complete the Training Assessment Form in VeevaVault for proper curriculum assignment
- Work with Document Control and Authors to track version 1 documents
- Approve documents as training
- Create computer based trainings using Articulate for the CAR-T operations group
- Investigation Support
- Provide reports to support the investigation
- Provide supporting documentation for the investigation
- Participate in discussions around the proper training responses for non-conformances
- Community of Practice member
- Quality Training Meetings member
Qualifications:
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelors or equivalent University degree is required.
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Experience with electronic systems such as: Learning Management Systems & Electronic Document Management Systems.
- Ability to be agile and dynamic in prioritization and execution.
- Adult Learning Understanding – flexibility in relaying information depending on audience.
- Experience creating computer-based trainings using tools such as Articulate.
- Organization, Critical Thinking, and Communication skills.
Preferred:
- Previous GxP and/or operations experience.
- Experience with regulatory agencies and audits.
Other:
- This position may require up to 10% domestic travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$77,000- $124,200 USD$
