How you will make an impact: 
As the Training & Support Specialist, you will enhance the productivity and development of our clients by designing, developing, delivering, and assessing training and development programs related to our scheduling and labor management software. This position assesses client training needs and facilitates trainings to ensure clients can effectively use our workforce technology platforms, to positively impact labor expense. The position is responsible for ongoing client training and support.  

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of Scheduling Software.
  • Prior experience in senior living operations, preferably in scheduling. 
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards related to staffing and scheduling.
  • Experience working with scheduling software or labor management systems is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in a multi-client facing role.
  • Prior start-up experience preferred.
