Position Information
 
Position Overview

The Training/Professional Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Training and Professional Services teams in arranging and following up on the activities of the customers and teams. They monitor the SalesForce request queue, lead customer requirements gathering calls, follow up, and mitigate customer follow-through on assigned tasks. The coordinator will be responsible for scheduling training courses for customers and communicating the schedule with the appropriate team members. They will generate and share customer-facing tools from video recordings, training, attendance, and other archival documents.


They will bring a detailed approach to their vital role as the hub of the Training and Professional Services teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service history, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of working with SalesForce and HealthStream products is a plus.
 
Occasional travel may be required to participate in team functions.
 
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
  • Works with multiple HealthStream departments as necessary to identify training and professional services needs.
  • Coordinate training engagements by communicating with customers and aligning with internal or external resources.
  • Develop and schedule training plans.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the training/pro services teams, responding to questions  and monitoring customer completions
  •  Participates in the development of teamprocesses, including identifying resources to execute the processes to optimize the customer experience
  • Report internally on KPI and other success measures.

 
Qualifications

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, related field, or equivalent in experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare or technology industries strongly preferred

 
Qualifications
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to work independently, exhibiting a high level of personal ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team
  • Other duties as assigned
