Manage the programs, including all recruiting and yield activities. Articulates admissions policies and procedures to students, parents and counselors. Participates in University undergraduate admission recruitment activities, including college day/night programs, individual visits to post-secondary institutions, alumni meetings, and campus tour visitations. |

This entails admissions travel to participate in college fairs and high school visits, correspondence with a wide spectrum of constituencies including but not limited to students, parents, guidance counselors and community-based organizations. Effectively evaluates admission applications. Demonstrates effective time management and self directed skills to complete multiple task. Collaborate with key campus partners to identify, build and maintain strategic admission relationships with a variety of constituencies ranging from high school to community college counselors to meet desired enrollment goals. |
