Position Overview
Primary Purpose of Position
This position is responsible for managing the transfer recruitment and enrollment partnerships in collaboration with NC Community Colleges.

Manage the programs, including all recruiting and yield activities.

Articulates admissions policies and procedures to students, parents and counselors.

Participates in University undergraduate admission recruitment activities, including college day/night programs, individual visits to post-secondary institutions, alumni meetings, and campus tour visitations.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit
The primary function of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions is to identify, attract, and enroll first year and transfer students with outstanding academic ability and potential.
Work Hours Monday-Friday; 8 am-5 pm; to include weekends

This entails admissions travel to participate in college fairs and high school visits, correspondence with a wide spectrum of constituencies including but not limited to students, parents, guidance counselors and community-based organizations.

Demonstrates effective time management and self directed skills to complete multiple task.

Collaborate with key campus partners to identify, build and maintain strategic admission relationships with a variety of constituencies ranging from high school to community college counselors to meet desired enrollment goals.
