Highlights

Provide high-touch support to prospective, newly admitted, returning, and current students
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, communication, and engagement efforts for Continuing Studies students
Develop learner-facing content, communications, and resources across multiple platforms
Run front-line student support, including virtual and in-person inquiries and scheduling
Plan events and engagement activities that support recruitment, onboarding, persistence, and community building
Analyze student feedback and engagement trends to improve processes and communication
Maintain records and reporting on student interactions and engagement
Hold a bachelor's degree plus 2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in customer service, student support, or program coordination
Work on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends and no remote option
