Highlights

  • Develop academic work plans and use assessment tools to identify student needs and improvement strategies.
  • Plan and coordinate college tours, cultural enrichment activities, and summer residential program components.
  • Train and supervise residence hall staff and tutors during the summer program.
  • Must have a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling, Education, or related field; knowledge of EDGAR regulations, federal financial aid processes, and TRiO program objectives.
  • Preferred experience includes grant writing, use of student data systems, counseling within Upward Bound or similar programs, and support for disadvantaged student populations.
  • Full-time position with hiring range $60,000-$65,000, funded by the U.S. Department of Education, requiring occasional evening, weekend, and overnight travel.
