As a UX/UI Designer II at Prodigy Education, you will be the bridge between complex problems and intuitive, delightful solutions. You will develop visually appealing interfaces and interactive elements by leveraging existing market materials and innovative design principles. Working within a cross-functional squad, you will use evidence-based design to drive engagement and retention for millions of students worldwide.

  • Design Intuitive Interfaces: Develop layouts, transitions, and button placements that make user navigation seamless and joyful.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Conduct user research and interviews to translate player needs into high-fidelity designs.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Build testable prototypes to validate ideas quickly and fail fast or scale effectively.
  • Behavioral Design: Apply principles of behavioral psychology to influence player engagement and monetization strategies.
  • Collaborative Excellence: Partner with Art, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure a seamless blend of functionality and brand aesthetics.

  • Proven experience in Interaction Design and Visual Design within a digital product or gaming environment.
