Job Summary
Temporary Part-Time Tutors/Counselors to supervise participants, assist instructional and administrative staff, and plan and implement recreational activities in the summer for the Upward Bound Math Science Program. Expected start date is May 20, 2026.

Job Duties:
Provide tutoring, group discussions, presentations, and mentorship; promote educational aspiration and performance; handle routine discipline problems; help plan and participate in all recreational and cultural activities; assist academic staff in and outside of the classroom, assist administrative staff; provide supervision while on campus, during recreational activities, and during a possible 4 day out of state trip at the conclusion of the academic program.

Minimum Qualifications:Must have earned 40 college-level credits; Associate degree preferred.

Applicant must have a strong academic background, have a desire to prepare high school students for college-level work, show sensitivity to and concern for all students, and be available to work the full five weeks.
