Position Overview 
This position plays a vital part in optimizing digital customer journeys by managing search effectiveness, personalizing content, leveraging web analytics and maintaining high-quality customer data. As a key liaison between OIT, vendors and university stakeholders, the specialist ensures technical execution aligns with user needs and institutional goals.

Duties may include: Optimize on-site search functionality and digital navigation to improve content discoverability and relevance Implement and refine content personalization strategies to deliver targeted, user-specific digital experiences Utilize web analytics tools to monitor performance, generate actionable insights and guide strategic decisions Develop dashboards, reports and presentations to communicate user behavior trends and performance metrics to stakeholders Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications 
Required Experience  | Two years in customer data management, personalized content delivery or search optimization Working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Data Platform (CDP) or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) systems

Required Education  | Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, human experience design, digital design, digital marketing, user experience (UX) design, communications tech and design, communications technical or professional writing, information technology, computer science, data analytics, or a related field; four additional years of experience (for a total of six years) may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree

Additional Preferred  | Technical Skills Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Basic knowledge of JavaScript or a similar scripting language
