This role will report to the Director, User Research.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop research strategies and conduct end-to-end research focused on improving Amplify products across both user-facing and technical back-end experiences

  • Continually evolve our processes for organizing user research and testing across multiple Product teams, ensuring appropriate prioritization of projects, and crafting short- and long-term research plans

  • Document and track findings gathered through testing and research so insights can easily be referenced and applied for future projects
