About the Role
We are seeking a UX Researcher II to shape user experiences through impactful research. You'll collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to uncover user needs—often those they can't articulate—and translate insights into actionable design solutions. Your work will focus on understanding how clinicians use mobile devices to access information that supports critical decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute research to explore and understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
  • Apply frameworks like Jobs To Be Done and personas to guide research and design decisions.
  • Develop and iterate research strategies aligned with product goals, including mobile-focused studies.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using interviews, observation, task analysis, and usability testing.
  • Partner with UX Designers to validate design concepts and ensure user-centered solutions.
  • Advocate for research best practices and foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor behaviors to inform product strategy.
  • Create clear research documentation and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Use analytics and data to define key metrics and identify gaps where additional research is needed.
  • Work within Agile sprint cycles to deliver timely insights.

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in UX research or a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, HCI, UX, Product Design, or related discipline (preferred).
  • Proficiency in research tools such as Qualtrics, Lookback, and UserTesting.com.
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies for mobile and web contexts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience synthesizing research into actionable recommendations for design and product teams.
  • Comfortable iterating research methods based on data and feedback.
