Physical Requirements  | The physical requirements of this position include regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time and performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); occasionally standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 lbs. and lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to or over 50 lbs.
Shift  | Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. As an exempt-level position, additional hours (including nights and/or weekends) may be required in order to meet job and departmental business needs.

Job Summary  | The Value Analysis Manager Sr works within a defined organizational framework to support strategic planning efforts by identifying and implementing process improvement and cost-saving opportunities through enhanced standardization and utilization of products, services, and clinical processes. Conducts thorough reviews of financial, clinical, operational, and evidence-based literature to inform the strategic selection, evaluation, and implementation of cost-effective solutions across the healthcare system. Contributes to system-wide planning by aligning product and service decisions with long-term organizational goals.
Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with clinical staff, administrative leaders, and physicians to ensure initiatives are aligned, data-informed, and results-driven. All activities are strategically designed and executed to maintain or improve the quality of care and patient safety while advancing operational and financial sustainability.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities  | The ideal candidate for this position will be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, and EPIC. Knowledge of Vizient tools would be a plus.
