What You’ll Do

We are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused Vice President of Product Operations to lead the delivery engine behind Edmentum’s product portfolio. In this mission-critical role, you’ll drive on-time, on-budget execution of our entire product portfolio – including technology-enabled and curriculum-driven products, as well as integrated learning solutions – across agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

You’ll provide operational leadership across the full product lifecycle, from roadmap planning to market activation, owning and evolving our product delivery playbook – including SOPs for roadmap governance, launch and sunset processes, and delivery model alignment. You’ll serve as the glue across a broad delivery ecosystem, partnering closely with Portfolio SVPs, Technology and Content leaders, Product Management, Product Marketing, and GTM teams. You will lead a center of excellence, instilling scalable delivery practices, rigorous governance, and fiscal stewardship that align with our long-range growth goals.

This is a highly visible, enterprise-impact role – ideal for an operations leader who excels at driving clarity, delivery discipline, cross-functional partnership, and execution excellence at scale. If you are passionate about transforming operational capabilities in a high-growth EdTech environment, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead on-time, on-budget delivery of Edmentum’s product roadmap across our full portfolio suite.
  • Drive execution across agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models — optimizing development methods to portfolio needs.
  • Drive portfolio governance and executive-level visibility — including decision frameworks, risk management, and investment reporting — aligned to Edmentum’s enterprise strategy.
  • Serve as the owner of product delivery SOPs—including roadmap processes, launch and sunset frameworks, and stage gates—ensuring they remain current and best-in-class.
  • Partner deeply with Portfolio leaders, Technology, Product Management, and Product Marketing to maintain end-to-end visibility and coherence.
  • Foster strong collaboration with Sales, Success, and Marketing to ensure delivery is aligned to market activation priorities.
  • Lead the Product Operations Center of Excellence, building scalable project/program management practices that enable effective delivery across initiatives of all sizes.
  • Drive fiscal discipline across product investments — including budget tracking, forecasting, vendor management, and contract oversight.
  • Provide delivery analytics and actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team that supports both discipline and adaptability.
  • Serve as a key leadership partner across Product, Technology, GTM, and Finance organizations.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of driving on-time, on-budget product delivery across agile and waterfall environments.
  • Expertise in portfolio governance, risk management, and financial oversight of product investments.
  • Strong experience building tiered PM practices and scalable delivery frameworks.
  • Experience aligning delivery with market activation priorities.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and partnership orientation — with deep experience collaborating across Technology Delivery, Content, Strategy, and GTM teams.
  • Executive presence, exceptional communication, and a bias for action.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, complex environments — with a passion for driving operational maturity and excellence.
  • Willingness to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
