Our Product team leads the direction, coordination, output, quality, and enhancements to PowerSchoolâs product portfolio. This dynamic, multi-functional team ensures the effective rollout of new products across the platform, packages and positions products to appeal to consumers, and helps set the future direction and pace of innovation in our organization.

PowerSchool is seeking a visionary Vice President of Operational Excellence Product Suite to lead the strategy, modernization, and transformation of our ERP and Talent management portfolio. This leader will reimagine how K-12 institutions manage people, resources, and operations, shifting from legacy systems to an intelligent, AI-powered platform that drives measurable outcomes for our customers.
This role is central to PowerSchoolâs evolution toward a unified platform, with a strong emphasis on unlocking value for our existing customer base while building the foundation for long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings bold thinking, operational rigor, and deep product leadership experience to drive innovation at scale.

PowerSchool offers the following benefits:
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $169,500 - $299,300 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
