The Opportunity
To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Web Producer to join our Growth Marketing team. This role will
  • Own end-to-end execution of web content production: Publish and maintain a high volume of web content in Contentful and WordPress across blogs, landing pages, product surfaces, and marketing initiatives. Ensure content is accurate, accessible, brand-aligned, and optimized for SEO and performance.
  • Enable team and stakeholder productivity: Cross-train and support teammates and partners in using Contentful and WordPress. Provide feedback and QA support to ensure content quality and consistency.
  • Manage cross-functional website projects: project manage multi-step content production processes partnering with Content Marketing, SEO, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Design to deliver content on time and at high quality.
  • Contribute to key web initiatives: Contribute to cross-functional projects such as CMS migrations, content audits, website infrastructure updates, and implementing or managing website tooling.
  • Improve systems and documentation: Develop internal documentation to support scalable and self-serve web content operation, and identify inefficiencies, propose improvements.
  • Support planning and prioritization: Collaborate on monthly and quarterly content plans, contribute to roadmapping discussions, and help ensure prioritization reflects both team KPIs and cross-functional objectives.

The ideal candidate will have: 
  • 1–5 years of experience in website production, digital content operations, or marketing web publishing
  • Hands-on experience with CMS tools
  • Strong organizational skills; familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. Content, Design, Product Marketing, Engineering)
  • Strong attention to detail, a systems-thinking mindset, and an eagerness to improve and document processes

Bonus points:
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices, UX principles, and responsive design
  • Experience supporting web personalization or CRO experimentation
  • Background in content migration, tagging strategies, or CMS governance
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Segment, or Looker
  • Understanding of marketing systems like Pardot, and how they interact with websites
  • Contentful & WordPress experience
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web accessibility standards is a plus

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. 

United States:
Zone 1: $95,000 $125,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $85,000 – $115,000/year (USD)
