We’re growing fast and now seeking a entrepreneurial and mission-driven, performance-oriented Regional Sales Representative to lead our expansion in the Western U.S. territory. What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow sales pipeline across the Western U.S. region at nursing academic institutions
  • Lead outreach, relationship-building, and consultative sales with deans, faculty, nursing simulation experts, and staff
  • Align client needs with Patient Ready's innovative technology
  • Deliver compelling presentations and virtual reality demos (we'll teach you everything you need to know)
  • Navigate complex buying processes and help stakeholders align on purchasing decisions
  • Track customer activity in our CRM, collaborate on sales forecasts, and
  • Provide training for faculty and students on effectively using VR simulations.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to refine messaging, identify regional trends, and help inform product decisions and overall business strategy
  • Represent Patient Ready at regional industry conferences and events
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets

Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in higher education, EdTech, or SaaS
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage entrepreneurial environments
  • Demonstrated track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely
  • Ability to travel regionally (25-50%) and periodic domestic travel
  • Passion for improving healthcare and education outcomes

Preferred Skills
  • Strong network and/or experience selling into nursing schools or health systems
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
  • Background as a nurse or strong familiarity with nursing/medical education and clinical terminology
