UF Information Technology (UFIT) is hiring a Senior Windows Site Reliability Engineer. The role involves leading projects and coordinating teams responsible for the maintenance, installation, configuration, and deployment of enterprise-wide Windows infrastructure and software systems, as well as mentoring staff and evaluating emerging technologies.

Lead medium and large IT projects and initiate new initiatives aligned with organizational needs.
Coordinate teams managing enterprise-wide infrastructure and software deployment.
Expertise in Windows administration of enterprise applications and large-scale Windows Server management.
Proficient in scripting and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, PowerShell, Python, and Go.
Lead Microsoft Platform Team in architecture and implementation decisions.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Monitor systems using tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, and others.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree with six years relevant experience or high school diploma with ten years experience.
Expected salary range is $108,000 to $118,000, commensurate with education and experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
Works with various UFIT departments and supports enterprise IT systems serving the University of Florida and affiliated organizations.
