Coordinate investigation activity of moderate scope and complexity across the full investigative cycle, applying employee relations policies and procedures and holding preliminary intake meetings with reporting parties.
Help investigators prepare evidence by collecting, organizing, and documenting materials, and draft confidential notices and correspondence to the parties involved.
Schedule investigative interviews and related meetings, managing the logistics that keep cases moving toward timely resolution.
Run the enterprise-wide investigation data workflow, entering and tracking cases in ServiceNow and analyzing Workforce Relations data to identify trends and risks for reports and presentations.
Respond to misconduct review requests by reviewing Workforce Relations data and coordinating with the Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity on current and former employees seeking UC employment.
Assist with strike planning and provide onsite support during labor activity.
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years performing employee relations functions in a complex organization.
Experience with conflict resolution and case management systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting; knowledge of union contracts and ServiceNow is preferred.
Hourly pay of $32.42 to $38.51.
