Nurses Middle College (NursesMC) is a nonprofit charter organization that runs a national network of public high schools focused on nursing and healthcare careers. It combines college prep academics with nursing coursework, free dual college enrollment, industry certifications like CNA or EMT, and clinical internships.

OnYourMark Education is a national nonprofit that provides virtual literacy tutoring for K–5 students. It uses the Science of Reading to help students build core skills like phonics, decoding, and fluency. Students work with trained literacy tutors in short daily sessions, and schools use assessment data to track progress.

Primer designs, operates, and supports K-8 microschools. It runs its own schools and also provides a backend platform that helps educators launch and manage microschools by handling operations, compliance, and systems.

Reach Out and Read is a national nonprofit that builds early literacy into pediatric care. Doctors and nurses give young children free books during child visits and coach families on reading at home. The program reached about 4.8 million children and distributed roughly 9 million books, with strong focus on low-income families.

Teach Plus is a nonprofit that helps experienced teachers lead change in education policy and classroom practice. It runs fellowships and school partnerships that train teachers to work with policymakers, lead professional learning, also improves literacy and math learning.
