Minimum Required Qualifications  | Bachelor’s degree required. Degree must be completed by start date. Demonstrated ability to teach, keep accurate records, and prepare reports. Driver’s license and ability to meet University driving criteria is required.

Preferred Qualifications  | The following qualifications are preferred, but not required: Bachelor’s degree in youth development, education, agriculture, human sciences, or closely related field. Experience working with youth through other organizations as an employee or volunteer. Previous 4-H or teaching experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of spreadsheet and data management software. Self-starter with excellent organizational skills. Social media skills. Ability to speak language(s) other than English, Spanish preferred.
