Liaise with the Registrar's office for credit and transcript research
Use technology systems such as CRM, Microsoft Suite, Canvas, Cognos, Degree Works, and phone systems
Maintain student confidentiality and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
Bachelor's degree or minimum of 60 college-level credits required; prior college-level advising experience preferred
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with a 40-hour workweek
