Job Summary | Professional Integrated Success Coaches (ISC) at the University of Kentucky are individuals who take a holistic approach to working with students to assist them in achieving their goals and finding college success. ISCs are specially trained to ask students non-judgmental questions to help them get the clarity they need to be successful. In a typical coaching session, Integrated Success Coaches partner with students to design personalized action plans around topics such as Academic Life Skills, Careers, Finances, Leadership, First Gen, and Wellness. ISC’s truly value and enjoy working with students, faculty, staff and partners.
Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.
