POSITION SPECIFICS
The Academic Integrity Program Coordinator collaborates closely with the Assistant Dean for Academic Integrity and with faculty and college partners to ensure effective course delivery; supports academic integrity program planning, scheduling, and logistics; manages academic integrity resources and data within the Digital Academic Integrity System (DAISY); manages the collection and confidential sharing of academic integrity information; upholds standards of academic integrity, professionalism, and excellence.

More specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Dean for Academic Integrity, including scheduling, drafting correspondence, and facilitating purchasing or event-related transactions
  • Systematically manage academic integrity claims for multiple colleges and campuses, ensuring all required documentation is collected, organized, and tracked; monitor response deadlines and maintain accurate case records
  • Work with students who need to review confidential academic integrity claim materials
  • Coordinate college and campus academic integrity committees by scheduling meetings, preparing and organizing confidential files, and supporting committee members' confidential pre-meeting review
  • Prepare claim summaries for academic integrity committee meetings; analyze submitted documentation and videos; present case summaries during meetings; and answer committee questions or provide clarification, as needed
  • Represent the Office in the University Academic Integrity Leadership Community (UAILC) by attending meetings, responding to information requests, and when needed, sharing relevant updates with the Assistant Dean of Academic Integrity
  • Plan, support, and participate in academic integrity programming

After training, the coordinator will work with several systems, including SAP Concur, Starfish (student success platform), CollegeNet/25Live (scheduling platform), and the following Penn State systems:
  • DAISY (Digital Academic Integrity System)
  • LionPATH (Penn State's student information system)
  • WorkLion (collection of general HR information and resources, along with an inquiry system)

SALARY & BENEFITS
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $34,800.00 - $50,500.00.
