We are looking for an experienced healthcare educator to drive the overall instructional quality of Blueprint’s nursing and physician assistant programs. This role will deliver and refine instructor and tutor training, manage student outcomes, and provide input on course curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a strong vision of instructional excellence, deep knowledge of the NCLEX, ANCC, AANP, PANCE, and/or PANRE, an entrepreneurial spirit, an appreciation for data, and a relentless bias for action. This position will be fully remote and will report to our Director of Academic Operations.

What You’ll Do

Innovate on the delivery of our nursing and PA programs and support the instructors who deliver them
Influence and refine the selection and training process for nursing and PA faculty talent
Train and coach instructors and tutors on instructional strategies that improve student engagement and results
Evaluate the success of nursing and PA programs based on key performance metrics including score improvement, student engagement, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Utilize data to evaluate the performance of our instructional staff, implementing improvements that drive student outcomes
Provide ongoing observations, debriefs, and training meetings for nursing and PA faculty
Manage a team of part-time Mentor Instructors to support the pursuit of instructional excellence

Who You Are

Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
3+ years instructional experience in your field with a track record of delivering successful results
Have served as a mentor to or manager of other instructors
Have a deep passion for teaching methodologies and helping others build their teaching skills
Are excited about measuring and supporting instructor quality and can’t wait to make an impact
Don’t shy away from difficult conversations
Obsess over improving student engagement and scores
Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to pitch in on any project that advances our objectives
