Day-to-day work spans database coordination, preceptor communication, and administrative support across the OEP team.
Highlights
Gathers scheduling data and builds it into CORE ELMS and Canvas
Maintains records for rotation schedules, preceptors, and clinical sites
Prepares the scheduling database ahead of each scheduling season
Compiles reports on scheduling summaries, preceptor availability, and student rotation assignments
Plans and builds IPPE and APPE preceptor/student schedules alongside the associate director, regional coordinators, faculty, preceptors, and students
Processes preceptor appointments and manages scheduling exchange and petition requests
Develops and communicates policies and procedures for program improvement
Updates Canvas courses to keep students informed of program expectations
Represents the Office of Experiential Programs on the Florida Scheduling Consortium
Supervises OPS student staff and directs inquiries to the right personnel
