Job Summary  |
Graduate Admissions Evaluators play a crucial role at the University. They are trained to evaluate graduate applications and verify that applicants meet The Graduate School minimum requirements. As a Graduate Admissions Evaluator, the employee will evaluate domestic and foreign academic transcripts, confirm credentials, and enter information into our database systems. Attention to detail is key, as is a strong sense of customer service. We work closely with graduate departments, applicants, and campus partners to facilitate the application process.

Responsibilities   
Assist in evaluating international and domestic graduate applications. Evaluate academic transcripts, test scores, and other domestic and international credentials. Monitor students’ academic files to ensure information is complete and updated by filling in information and changing records when applicable. Respond to emails related to international and domestic graduate admissions. Provide customer service at our office windows and via phone calls as it relates to international and domestic graduate admissions. Process credentials related to international and domestic graduate admissions. Other duties as assigned; May be cross-trained in other areas of the office.

Minimum Qualifications  | Three years of general office experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience), one of which in an academic setting; and demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills required.
