Directs team scheduling and maintenance, and monitors compliance and athlete eligibility for an intercollegiate athletics program to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the program.

Essential Duties:
Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue goals through strategic group ticket sales efforts and first-class customer service
Meet and exceed daily fan interaction, outreach, and appointment-setting goals as established by Ticketing leadership
Generate new sales leads through prospecting, networking events, referrals, community outreach, and relationship-building initiatives
Build and maintain long-term relationships with group leaders, businesses, schools, youth organizations, nonprofits, and community partners to drive repeat business and referrals
Develop, sell, coordinate, and execute customized group experiences, theme nights, hospitality packages, and fan engagement initiatives
Coordinate and execute game day experiences that create memorable moments for group clients and enhance customer retention
Assist in creating innovative group sales campaigns, promotions, and attendance-driving initiatives in collaboration with internal departments and stakeholders
Utilize CRM and ticketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Paciolan, Ticketmaster) to track sales performance, manage customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up
Achieve individual performance metrics related to revenue generation, outbound activity, appointments, attendance growth, and fan engagement
Represent Sun Devil Athletics at events, games, networking functions, and community appearances while performing various ticket sales and service responsibilities
Maintain a positive, team-first and customer-first attitude in a collaborative work environment
Commit to personal and professional growth through ongoing training, mentorship, and development opportunities
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of successful sales strategies, prospecting methods, and relationship-building techniques
Knowledge of customer service best practices and fan engagement principles
Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from various backgrounds and departments
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, results-driven environment where adaptability, organization, and accountability are essential
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Skill in navigating and communicating detailed policies, procedures, and ticketing information
Skill in phone-based sales, appointment setting, and customer relationship management
Ability to passionately represent, communicate, and encourage support for Sun Devil Athletics and its ticketed sports programs
Ability to create memorable and lasting experiences for fans and clients
Proficiency with CRM and ticketing software platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Ticketmaster, Paciolan) to manage sales pipelines, customer engagement, and reporting
Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to drive attendance and revenue growth
Desired Qualifications:
3 months or more ticket sales experience.
Working Environment:
Sun Devil Athletics Ticketing is located within Sun Devil Athletics at Mountain America Stadium. Sun Devil Athletics recruits, retains, and develops a workforce community focused on providing opportunities for student-athletes to achieve the highest levels of academic and athletic success.
Activities are primarily performed in a regular, climate-controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking.
Evening, weekend, and extended hours may be required during events, games, and peak sales periods.
Daily use of desktop or laptop computer is required. Ability to clearly communicate to perform essential duties. Regular review of completed tasks and job performance.
