Account Executive I - New Business 
 
Location Remote within assigned territory (Mid Atlantic - OH, PA, DE, DC, MD, VA, NC, WV), with travel as needed. Candidates must reside within the region due to onsite travel expectations.  
 
How you'll contribute to our mission 
As an Account Executive I – New Business, you will expand Frontline’s impact by bringing our connected solutions to new K–12 district partners across the Mid-Atlantic region. You’ll focus exclusively on acquiring net new district customers, owning a whitespace territory and building meaningful relationships with school leaders who are looking for smarter, more efficient ways to support their staff and students. 
 
In this role, you are an autonomous seller who takes pride in disciplined execution, thoughtful outreach, and creating new opportunities that help districts operate more effectively. Your work directly contributes to helping educators save time, gain insight, and focus on what matters most — student success. 
 
How you'll drive success 
You will own and execute the full new-logo sales cycle while maintaining strong operational discipline and collaboration. 
Own Whitespace Territory Planning 
  • Build and maintain a territory plan for non-customer districts. 
  • Identify, segment, and prioritize prospects. 
  • Use AI and Salesforce to guide targeting. 
Generate and manage a strong pipeline 
  • Drive outbound prospecting. 
  • Convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities. 
  • Maintain pipeline coverage for current and future quarters. 
Run the full new-logo cycle 
  • Lead discovery meetings. 
  • Partner with Solutions Consulting for tailored demos. 
  • Own proposals and evaluation steps. 
Engage district leadership 
  • Build relationships with operational leaders. 
  • Grow confidence engaging cabinet-level decision makers. 
Ensure clean handoff 
  • Document expectations and success metrics. 
  • Partner with Client Experience for onboarding. 
Operate with discipline 
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene. 
  • Provide reliable forecasting. 
  • Represent Frontline at regional events.

What you bring to help us grow

Compensation & Benefits 
This role offers a competitive compensation range of $85-$95,000.00 with OTE of $180,000.00 aligned to experience, skills, and territory scope. Account Executives are eligible for performance-based incentive compensation in addition to base salary, along with comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), and other programs designed to support your well-being and financial future.
