Job Summary  | Responsible for ensuring federal law compliance and University’s policies and procedures are implemented and validated for in excess of 30,000 students. Responsible for the accuracy of in excess of $500 million student tuition and fee accessed, providing support to the students and parents in excess of $200 million student tuition and fee collected and answer all the related questions regarding the total student receivable in excess of $30 million. Provided courteous, accurate, responsive and effective services to students, parents, university departments, and external agencies.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities  | Strong verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills; teamwork; problem resolution; attention to detail/accuracy; high level customer service orientation. Knowledge of the SAP operating system and student loan programs is preferred; strong background working with Microsoft Office.
